"Liz & Fabiola are amazing. Between them, they made the purchase of our new home as smooth as possible. We could contact them at any time of the day with questions we had. Nothing was too big or too small to ask. They were present and available at the signing. They provided a very good insight to the complex process of purchasing our house, especially as foreigners who are not farmilar with the process."

"Topmark realty was a life saver for me and my family. We found Topmark online along with a couple of other Realtors, but Topmark fitted our needs better and have us confidence that they could get the job done and they did. It was a very stressful time for my family and I, but with Topmark help we was able to get the house sold in less than three months. They marketed our house and staged an open house for one weekend and was able to get us a buyer. Topmark worked with us and helped us out in so many ways. There was doubt at times, but they did their best to make sure everything was handled properly and in order. They really do care about the families they are helping. If you are on the fence about going with Topmark, don't be. They will do their very best to get your house sold in a timely manner. Considering we had a deadline; they were able to sell and close the house before then. I would definitely recommend Topmark to help you sell your house. The entire team put in a tremendous amount of effort and time."

"Fabiola @ Topmark Realty was very professional, very fast and had our house with offers before it had been placed online. Everything was negotaited, verified and signed within 3 days and closed within 30 days! She called me at least 2 times a week, explained every form and even picked me up for my closing! The team was amazing too! Dustin and Diana sent me updates also. Thank you Topmark Realty for the amazing service - I know the 2 friends Ive referred are in great hands also."

"we have purchased 1 house and sold 2 houses with justin flanagan. the office is knowlegeable, hard working and responsive. they will help you find the house you want. and work really hard to get a buyer. they always follow up with the showing brokers for feedback and make sure you, the seller, receives and understands the feedback. they move properties when others cannot. i think that is due to their hard working, enthusiastic team."

"Nearly 1 year ago, I embarked upon a quest that had intimidated me for years....the quest for a new home. Apartment living became so easy that it took the encouragement from a close friend to seek out the assistance of a realtor. It was recommended that I see Fabiola Llaguno with Topmark Realty. I met with Fabiola and within minutes, I knew that my quest for a new home was right on track. My concerns, My skepticism, My fear of the unknown were all put to rest. It was as if I had walked onto an airplane and met the pilot........ I knew I was in good hands. Fabiola took so much time with me. She took me to many different neighborhoods, she discussed all the possible options. Everything she did was in an organized manner......she took me one step at at time and never made me feel overwhelmed. It became very clear to me , just how lucky I was to have a Realtor who showed a passion in her work that is indescribable.
